Amidst the COVID-19 disruption that has affected so many lives, Fireside has been one of the lucky ones. We are still able to provide the same products and services we have always offered, but from the comfort of our own homes. The transition to working remotely has it’s challenges, but we’re making the best of it.
Our situation is also unique because business owners are making the most of this time to rethink their business models or work on things that always get pushed to the side because of the whirlwind of customer work. For a lot of them this means turning to digital for online shopping options or advertising opportunities to replace trade shows and other in-person events. Digital marketers are actually benefiting from the additional opportunities.
With this said, we ask for additional grace during this period if we aren’t getting back to requests as quickly as usual.
We appreciate all of our customers and wish everyone the best during this time. I encourage you all to be strategic and use it as wisely as possible. It offers you unique opportunities, you just have to find them.
